General Event Ticket Terms and Conditions

1. Purchase and Validity

All tickets are valid only for the specified event, date, and time. Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or rescheduled unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.

2. Entry and Conduct

Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any person from an event for reasons including but not limited to:

• Disruptive or dangerous behavior
• Distribution of counterfeit products
• Failure to comply with venue or game system rules and regulations

3. Cancellation and Changes

In the event of cancellation, postponement, or significant program changes, ticket holders will be notified and provided with options to either reschedule or refund their ticket at no charge.

Mactera Events Canada is not liable for any additional expenses incurred due to event changes or cancellations.

4. Privacy and Recording

By attending our events, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded for promotional purposes.

Personal information collected during ticket purchases is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

5. Liability

Mactera Events Canada and/or the retailer(s) is/are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.

Ticket holders assume all risks associated with attending the event and agree to indemnify Mactera Events Canada and/or the retailer(s) against any claims or damages.

Children under the age of 13 must be closely supervised by a parent or guardian. Children under the age of 13 may not be left at events operated by Mactera Events Canada unattended.
